IMPORTANT!: To help us help you better: Please provide us with all the CD's you received when you purchased your computer. Most importantly provide us with your OS (e.g. Windows 7, Windows XP Home or Professional, any Vista ) disk(s). Also useful to us is to provide the applications (Word Processing, Income Tax, Games etc.)you use on your PC. All these disks contain hardware drivers, the programs you use and everything we need to repair or rebuild your system if need be.
